ROLE PURPOSE

The Sales Planning & Strategy Coordinator supports the Sales Planning and Strategy team by maintaining and improving the tools, communication rhythms, and cross-functional processes that help the Sales organization operate effectively. This role is responsible for maintaining key support resources, coordinating product and sample support needs, improving SOPs, and helping ensure clear communication across Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Operations, and Customer Service. This position is designed for someone who can manage recurring responsibilities independently, keep multiple stakeholders aligned, and bring more structure to evolving sales support needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Tool Ownership - Support ongoing Sales team needs through maintenance and improvement of sales tools, resources, and support materials - Communicate weekly sales updates and relevant product or support-related changes to the Sales team - Update key trackers, support documents, and internal resources that help the Sales team operate effectively - Help maintain centralized support materials used by Sales Planning and Strategy

- Support the department in building more consistent, scalable routines for execution Product Support Coordination - Manage the process for new sample requests for the Sales team - Serve as liaison for sample requests tied to innovation launches and product support needs - Coordinate with internal partners to help ensure product support needs, materials, and timing are clearly communicated - Track relevant product updates and support needs so the Sales team has timely visibility Cross-Functional Communication and Execution - Attend commercialization calls to help serve as a centralized Sales support communicator across departments - Partner across Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Operations, SIP, and Customer Service to gather inputs, align timelines, and support execution - Communicate relevant updates back to Sales leadership and the broader Sales team

-Help support clearer handoffs and better communication across teams involved in commercialization and support processes

-Help Identify opportunities to streamline recurring Sales support needs and reduce administrative inefficiency

-Maintain and update SOP’s for standard routines

QUALIFICATIONS

2–4 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, commercial operations, or a related field - Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail - Ability to understand how day-to-day support work connects to broader sales process and strategy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google G-Suite - Comfort working across functions and following through with multiple stakeholders - Ability to identify process gaps and help improve ways of working - Ability to learn product portfolio, internal sales tools, resources, and support processes quickly

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience supporting cross-functional commercialization or product launch processes - Experience maintaining and improving SOPs and recurring team processes - Experience maintaining support tools, trackers, presentations, or shared resources for a sales organization

SCOPE OF ROLE

Individual contributor role - Requires independent execution of recurring responsibilities and assigned projects - Involves cross-functional coordination with stakeholders across functions and levels - Includes responsibility for improving processes and supporting stronger team execution - Balances executional support with process improvement and communication ownership

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$68,900.00 - $86,100.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
