This is a remote position.
We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to own large-account revenue for our client, a saas platform. You'll run full-cycle deals, close high-value contracts, and drive expansion into mid-market and enterprise accounts across our core verticals.
This is a quota-carrying, high-ownership role. You'll work directly with the founders and our GTM pod, and you'll be selling a product that customers genuinely love -- with real proof points, strong retention, and a category that's growing fast.
Responsibilties
● Own full-cycle enterprise sales from pipeline generation to close across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
● Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner channels.
● Engage senior decision-makers including Heads of Sales, CX, Operations, and C-suite stakeholders.
● Run structured sales processes: discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
● Work closely with the Customer Success and Product pods to ensure smooth handoffs and set up expansion opportunities early.
● Maintain tight CRM discipline -- clean pipeline, accurate forecasting, and consistent deal tracking.
● Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets.
Requirements
3-7+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales with a proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
● Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
● High proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
● Sharp communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
● Comfortable in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
