  • You will build strategic relationships within your accounts and maximizing development and growth opportunities
  • You will achieve and expand new and existing revenue and customer loyalty through Account Management
  • You will monitor the commercial performance of accounts within a portfolio
  • You will identify and develop additional sales potential and lead strategic account development plans thereby maximizing development and growth opportunities
  • You will seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the proper disposition of technical logistical and operational customer requests and day-to-day business is conducted within the guidelines of established contracts policies and procedures
  • You will schedule and attend regular customer meetings; generating and communicating monthly statistical and operational reports; monitoring financials and implementing any corrective action as appropriate and manage contractual and billing issues related to third party maintenance
  • You will represent the Connected Aviation Solutions group at conferences and trade shows
