Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism. 
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information in a virtual environment. 
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced work environment.

Core responsibilities:

  • Support Functions: Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed in a virtual environment.
