Customer Success & Sales Specialist

What You'll Do

Customer Care

  • Deliver friendly, professional support through phone, email, and text.
  • Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Sales & Relationship Building

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Introduce promotions, upgrades, and additional solutions when they provide value.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Consistently work toward sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals.

Customer Records & Administration

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer information within the CRM system.
  • Record customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up communications.
  • Share customer insights and trends with leadership to help improve service and offerings.

Team Collaboration

  • Meet service standards, productivity goals, and response-time expectations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and customer experiences.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
