Join our Castrol Team and advance your career as a Business Operations Specialist (CASTROL)

This role is responsible for enabling improved performance through effective and efficient planning and performance management with focus on customer management processes and Sales Incentive Program (SIP).

The Business Operations Specialist supports the CE&O teams to review performance, generate insights, and identify actions in line with Castrol’s approach.

The role holder supports market sales enablement activities across relevant sales channels, helping deliver end-to-end customer processes including Lead to Contract, Order-to-Cash and the Customer Service Offer.

This role works in partnership with Sales, Finance, People & Culture (P&C) and other relevant functions to ensure the applications meet the internal compliance standards, creating positive user experience and assurance of transactional continuity towards achieving customer and operational excellence.

In this role You will:

  • Lead the assigned performance process through appropriate data governance and management: Sales Incentive Program (SIP)

  • Work with the sales, reward and finance teams to identify current difficulties and challenges, understand and recommend solutions for improvement.

  • Ensure optimum functioning of the tools (PowerApps, Reward) and appropriate house-keeping practices in the analytics arena, conducting regular data quality to ensure accurate representation and decision making.

  • Ensure appropriate access control framework is deployed and maintained

  • Ensure understanding Sales & Customer operations needs and support the performance tracking of customer management critical metrics and SLAs relevant to the market, as defined by the business on an annual basis.

  • Support the projects related to the Customer Service Offer with focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Lead-to-Cash (L2C), where necessary.

  • Oversee P2P activities and provide support where necessary

  • Support the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the market, in line with the global/regional frameworks and processes

What You will need to be successful:

  • University degree or equivalent experience

  • Proven expertise in business and data analysis (including dashboard creation)

  • Analytical attitude with solid background in monitoring performance

  • Shown experience in generating and interpreting business and customer insights

  • Experience in P2P (Purchase -to-Pay) process and effectiveness programs

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication and partner management skills.

  • Good understanding of market, customer, and competitor trends.

  • Experience in Sales and Customer management is desirable
