Kazakh-Speaking Business Development Officer 
 

The Role:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Officer to support international growth and strengthen our market presence across multiple countries. The role focuses on business expansion, relationship management, and execution of growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives. 


The main responsibilities of the position include:
  • Set and support departmental KPIs in line with corporate targets and develop action plans to achieve them 
  • Support market penetration and expansion strategies across existing and new countries of operation 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships including regular meetings and ongoing engagement 
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of tailored strategies per market 
  • Promote company products and services, ensuring strong knowledge of competitor offerings  
  • Participate in events, seminars, and promotional activities across different countries  
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and market analyses to support decision-making  
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance  

  • Main requirements:
  • BSc in Business Administration or any Business-related field
  • Proven experience in business development, client/partner relations or similar role.
  • Fluent Kazakh and Russian speaker. English knowledge is a must.
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent client handling, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good management and leadership skills
  • Computer literate
