Sie unterstützen unser HR-Team operativ im Tagesgeschäft.
Das Erstellen von Reports und Auswertungen ist Teil Ihrer Aufgaben.
Sie unterstützen Ihre HR-Kolleg:innen tatkräftig im Recruiting.
Sie assistieren bei der Pflege unseres Zeiterfassungssystems.
Des Weiteren setzen Sie Sonderaufgaben um und übernehmen allgemeine Assistenzfunktionen im Personalbereich.

Qualifikationen

Ausbildung: Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Personal oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
Erfahrung: Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht durch Praktika
Know-How: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
Persönlichkeit: Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
Arbeitsweise: Organisationsstärke, hohe Teamorientierung sowie eine sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise

Zusätzliche Informationen

Beginn: ab sofort
Dauer: Die studentische Tätigkeit umfasst max. 15 Stunden pro Woche. Die Arbeitstage werden in Absprache mit der Fachabteilung individuell festgelegt.

Voraussetzung für die Werkstudententätigkeit ist die Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule.
