Associate Field Service Engineer

About the role
We are looking for an Associate Field Service Engineer to join Munters and contribute to solving technical challenges close to the customer and turning field insight into better solutions. This P4 role is part of the Field Service Engineering job family and is designed for someone who can owns defined deliverables, customer or stakeholder interactions, and continuous improvements while works independently under general supervision.

Your main responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and field-service engineering support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of Munters products and equipment.
- Identify and correct problems associated with start-up, operation, performance, reliability, or serviceability.
- Recommend product, equipment, process, or service improvements that meet customer needs and Munters standards.
- Develop constructive customer relationships that support safe delivery, issue resolution, and future business.
- Document technical findings, service activities, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.

What we are looking for

- Ability to work safely and systematically in field, customer, and project environments.
- Customer-facing communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into practical recommendations.
- Structured documentation, reporting, and collaboration with service, sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Education typically aligned with: University degree, Specialized schooling.
- Relevant experience typically: 2-4 years.
