About the Role
The NinjaOne Enterprise Account Partner role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with the company's largest and most strategic enterprise customers. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, this role drives long-term customer value, retention, adoption, and growth across complex enterprise environments.
The Enterprise Account Partner owns a portfolio of high-value accounts and partners closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Leadership teams to deliver a world-class customer experience. This individual combines executive presence, strategic account management, and operational expertise to align customer outcomes with business objectives while identifying opportunities for expansion across the NinjaOne platform.

Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is starting at $120,000-140,000 Base and $40,000 variable per year.
