Draftsperson or similar role in the property development or construction industry. Proficiency in CAD software like ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCad Strong technical skills and attention to detail in drafting and interpreting technical drawings. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Experience in the Australian construction industry preferable in Western Australia (good to have not mandatory)

Core responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans using CAD software. Ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications and standards. Incorporate design changes and modifications as directed by project managers or architects. Review and revise drawings to correct any deficiencies or discrepancies.
