Sales Leader — Remote, Canada (Bigger Team, Bigger Sandbox, Bigger Trip List)

AO Globe Life — AO National | Remote across Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, NL)

You have led before. Now lead a remote team with uncapped bonuses, benefits, Dublin/Dubai/Tulum on the incentive board, and no ceiling to bump your head on.

AO Globe Life is looking for a Sales Leader to help our team hit its goals — and, more importantly, to help each teammate hit theirs. Remote leadership role for someone who has led before and wants a bigger sandbox.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Mentor and manage a group of reps across Canada

• Sit with them on 1:1s and set targets that stretch but do not break • Spot skill gaps early and design the coaching to close them

• Run training sessions, workshops, and team building

• Partner with recruiting on who joins the team
