Role Overview
As a Client Development Specialist, you will support our talent onboarding, screening, and client care initiatives. You will screen candidates, conduct virtual interviews, and help integrate new team members into our culture, while also serving as a professional point of contact for client inquiries. This is a 100% remote / work-from-home position focused on communication, alignment, and thoughtful selection.
Key Responsibilities
● Talent Discovery: Screen candidates, conduct virtual interviews, and assess talent for cultural alignment and potential.
● Onboarding Support: Help new team members smoothly integrate into our culture and training systems.
● Client Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and text, providing accurate information regarding company services and policies.
● Relationship Building: Build positive, long-term relationships with clients and candidates to encourage loyalty and trust.
● Inquiry Resolution: Resolve customer and candidate concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
● Service Coordination: Identify client needs, recommend suitable programs or services, and support internal team initiatives.

Role Requirements
● Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
