As a Client Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our regional growth by communicating with individuals and helping them navigate their options. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, offer tailored protection solutions, and establish strong, trust-based relationships. This role places a heavy emphasis on client satisfaction, professional integrity, and long-term connection.
Key Responsibilities
● Consultative Presentations: Present and demonstrate protection programs and services to prospective clients via virtual consultations.
● Tailored Solutions: Customize your approach and presentations to meet the specific needs, goals, and challenges of each family.
● Relationship Management: Develop and maintain enduring, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as a dependable point of contact.
● Inquiry Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve administrative updates promptly and professionally.
