Eneba

Our story so far... Vytis and Zygis, co-founders of Eneba, are avid gamers themselves. Their story began in the early 2000s, sharing a dorm room. Students being students, they spent countless nights playing StarCraft, Lineage II, WarCraft, Heroes III, Command & Conquer, Civilization, FIFA, NBA, NukeZone, Counter-Strike, and Doom to name a few ;) And, actually, most of the early business ideas came to them while gaming. Fast forward through a couple of companies built and a lot of learning, our co-founders decided to circle back to what sparked entrepreneurship in them - gaming! That’s how we came about. Eneba was born in 2018. Today, our marketplace supports more than 5m active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you!

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. About the job
We’re looking for a Category Manager to take full ownership of Eneba’s non-gaming categories: E-Money Lifestyle top-ups and Mobile recharge top-ups.
This position is a growth engine: you’ll be accountable for consistently inventing and delivering new ways to grow category sales at least 3× within 12–24 months.

This role covers two big areas:
*Daily supervision & performance (≈20% of time) — dashboards, KPI hygiene, tactical optimizations, pricing, supplier operations, quick-win tests.
*Strategic initiatives & execution (≈80% of time) — translate market insights and experiment results into plans, lead cross-functional execution, launch scalable GTM and product changes that materially move the needle. You’ll own the commercial outcome end-to-end: ideas, experiments, launches, metrics, and scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own the non-gaming category performance: top-up cards, e-money prepaid, software, and adjacent digital products.
  • Design and maintain the fee and margin structure across the category — running analysis to identify optimization opportunities and implementing changes in collaboration with finance and tech.
  • Analyse category data (conversion, GMV, margin, attach rates) to surface trends, flag issues, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Manage the supplier and partner portfolio for the category — onboarding new products, renegotiating terms, and ensuring catalogue completeness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects: fee structure rollouts, new product integrations, category page improvements.
  • Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks to track category health on an ongoing basis.

  • Requirements
  • 3+ years in category management, product management, or operations in e-commerce or digital goods.
  • Strong analytical background — able to build and interpret data models, work with dashboards, and translate numbers into decisions.
  • Experience designing or optimizing pricing/fee structures is a significant advantage.
  • Structured project management approach: comfortable driving multi-stakeholder initiatives from scoping to delivery.
  • Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset — always looking for ways to make things more efficient and scalable.
  • Business-level English; clear written communication skills essential.
