Company Description

Our customer is a global science and technology company operating across Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics industries. The organization develops enterprise-grade solutions used worldwide and invests heavily in modern cloud-native technologies, platform engineering, and identity management initiatives.

PROJECT

You will join a Global Identity & Access Management team working on a new self-hosted SCIM platform. The project focuses on building scalable identity provisioning and integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.

The role combines backend engineering, Kubernetes-based deployments, and platform engineering practices. You will collaborate with experienced software and DevOps engineers to design, develop, and evolve modern IAM services and integrations.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go
  • Contribute to the development of a self-hosted SCIM solution
  • Deploy and support applications running in Kubernetes environments
  • Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
  • Collaborate with platform engineering and DevOps teams
  • Implement integrations with IAM and directory services
  • Support CI/CD and automation initiatives
  • Contribute to cloud-native engineering best practices
  • Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance and reliability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
  • Experience developing and supporting Kubernetes-based applications
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native and containerized environments
  • Experience working in enterprise systems with multiple integrations
  • Understanding of deployment and operational best practices
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, CDK8s, CDKTF, or similar tools
  • Experience with Java and/or Groovy
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices
  • Understanding of platform engineering concepts and architectures

IAM Experience

  • Understanding of SCIM protocol and user provisioning concepts
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management solutions
  • Hands-on experience with MidPoint will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Identity Governance & Administration concepts
  • Experience with identity providers, federation, and role management
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, or similar directory services
