Job description

About Our Client

Our client is a product-focused software development company building high-quality web and mobile applications for global markets.

The team works on complex, data-driven products across multiple industries, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.

The company operates in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment where product clarity, structured communication, and predictable delivery are highly valued.

As the organization increasingly adopts AI-assisted and agentic workflows in product development and execution processes, high-quality documentation and well-structured product context become a critical part of successful delivery.

About the Project

We are hiring a QA Engineer for a long-term luxury vehicle rental platform.

The product covers the full rental lifecycle: from customer-facing booking flows to internal operational and administrative tools. It includes several connected areas: Admin Portal, Enterprise / Super Admin Portal, Reservation Portal, Website / iFrame booking flow, and a mobile app for key operational flows.

The QA Engineer will focus on manual testing, test documentation, regression coverage, requirement review during grooming, and close collaboration with developers, designers, product managers, and another QA engineer on the project.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys complex business logic, multi-step booking scenarios, payments-related flows, role-based permissions, and structured QA ownership rather than simple feature checking.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

  • Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.

  • Create, audit, and update test cases and QA documentation.

  • Review and test requirements during grooming before development starts.

  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.

  • Validate key business scenarios such as quotes, block-offs, abandoned carts, multiple quantity orders, and multiple bookings per order.

  • Test booking, reservation, payment-related, and finance-related flows.

  • Work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and QA teammates to understand functionality and plan testing.

  • Take ownership of assigned features from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA experience.

  • Strong experience with manual testing.

  • Experience testing web applications.

  • Experience testing mobile applications.

  • Experience creating and maintaining test documentation.

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA processes, and defect lifecycle.

  • Ability to work with complex business flows, roles, and permissions.

  • Experience testing booking, reservation, finance, or payment-related systems.

  • Experience with PSP integrations or payment provider flows.

  • English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with booking, rental, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, fintech, or payment-related products.

  • Experience testing iFrame or embedded web flows.

  • Familiarity with Git.

  • Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools in QA work.

  • Automation QA experience.

Compensation Up to $2,500/month.
