Join our remote Patient Success Representative team and play an important role in helping patients receive the medical supplies they need to stay healthy and succeed with their therapy. You'll connect with patients, provide exceptional service, answer questions, and assist with ordering essential healthcare products—all while working from home.   • Start Date: August 24, 2026
     

  • Compensation: $17.00 per hour - additional pay differential for Spanish bilingual proficiency.
     

  • Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
     

  • Work Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) with an 8‑hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST, including two paid 15‑minute breaks and one unpaid 30‑minute lunch. This role requires daily phone‑based work on a fixed schedule with minimal flexibility.
     

  • Remote Work Requirements: This position is remote and requires a HIPPA compliant work environment with a hardwired Ethernet internet connection (cable or fiber) with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. Satellite, cellular, and 5G connections are not supported. Candidates will be asked to complete a brief internet speed test during the interview process.

  • Training Requirements: Training takes place during your first 30 days and is held Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST. To ensure compliance and confirm a secure, professional work environment, team members are required to remain on camera with microphones unmuted throughout training sessions.

A Day in the Life

  • Handle a high volume of primarily outbound calls, ensuring patients receive the healthcare supplies needed to support their ongoing care.

  • Create and submit patient orders, accurately complete account updates, and manage multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve patient and order-related issues.

  • Meet established performance goals for productivity, quality, and service excellence.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience

  • High school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to troubleshoot and navigate changing priorities.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data entry quality.

What Success looks like:

  • Achieving goals related to attendance, productivity, quality, and order accuracy, including handling 100+ calls daily, maintaining an average talk time of four minutes, and meeting sales-per-hour targets.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and supporting positive patient experiences.

  • Managing patient orders accurately with strong attention to detail.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $17/hr.
