Job Description

  • Entregar resultados de ventas, acorde a su cuota y participación de mercado a nivel nacional.
  • Cumplimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento de marca (KPIs), metas financieras, objetivos de marca, etc. para cumplir o superar esos objetivos.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan para contactar a los médicos, alcanzar métricas establecidas de visita y optimizar la cobertura y la frecuencia para contactar a los clientes clave y de esta forma maximizar el acceso y las oportunidades de ventas.
  • Desarrollar continuamente un entendimiento sobre las necesidades y expectativas del cliente, el panorama del mercado de sus territorios, los competidores, los segmentos de mercado / dinámica de cuentas, enfermedades, productos, experiencia clínica y de ventas y compartir esta información de inteligencia de mercado con el resto del Infield Team, el Brand Team  y  Gerentes de ventas en los diversos foros internos.

Qualifications

  • Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica en áreas comerciales como: ventas, capacitación, asociado de marca, prácticas profesionales en ventas.
  • Experiencia en oftalmología indispensable
  • Manejo de office y habilidad en el manejo de herramientas tecnológicas (iPad, lap top, etc.)
  • 1-2 años de experiencia como representante de ventas.
  • Manejo reportes de gastos y CRM visita médica.
