About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you'll play a key role in driving Bionic Talent's growth by building a strong sales pipeline and booking high-quality meetings for our Business Development team.

What you’ll be doing:
Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify leads by understanding their hiring needs and business challenges.
Schedule discovery meetings for the Business Development team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Stay updated on Bionic Talent's recruitment services and industry trends.
Who are we looking for?
1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, or in outbound B2B sales.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Confident making high-volume outbound calls and sending personalized outreach.
Strong prospecting, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Comfortable working Hybrid in Karachi.
