What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an NC ROOTS Hub Lead Executive Director to join our team! The NC ROOTS Hub Lead Executive Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution, and regional impact of the NC ROOTS Hub. This individual will lead a multi-sector, multi-county transformation effort focused on improving rural health outcomes through coordinated investments in perinatal health, chronic disease management, workforce development, and “Food is Medicine” initiatives. The Executive Director operates as the regional convener, systems integrator, and accountable leader responsible for aligning healthcare systems, community-based organizations (CBOs), public health, and other stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.
*Recruitment for this position is being conducted in anticipation of program funding approval. The position is contingent upon receipt and continuation of funding through the NC Roots effective June 1, 2026. The organization reserves the right to delay hiring, modify, or withdraw the position based on funding status.
