Full-time (40-hour-per-week) | Remote | Preferably based in Buenos Aires, Argentina

About the Role:

As a Recruiter, you'll partner closely with senior recruiters to keep the hiring engine running smoothly. From sourcing top candidates to scheduling interviews and conducting initial screens, you'll play a key role in delivering a great candidate experience and helping the team hit its hiring goals.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Source qualified candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom once calibrated with the hiring team.

  • Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting tasks and administrative workflows.

  • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS throughout the hiring process.

  • Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflows.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house, agency, or RPO); candidates with strong energy, presence on camera, and fast learning ability will also be considered with 2+ years of experience.

  • Proven sourcing skills across various platforms and channels, especially LinkedIn.

  • Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable running candidate screens via Zoom or other video conferencing tools, with strong on-camera presence and communication energy.

  • Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles without dropping the ball.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support recruiting workflows.

  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting a TA team in a contract or RPO capacity.

  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms.

  • Background in recruiting for tech-enabled or legal/professional services companies.
