About the role

Ü Snacks is scaling fast, with a growing portfolio of brands and a launch pipeline that never slows down. We need a Director of GTM & Business Strategy to own the full product and campaign launch lifecycle end-to-end: from concept through post-launch analysis, across every brand in our portfolio. This is the connective tissue role — the person who keeps launches on time, teams aligned, and leadership informed, without needing anyone above them to chase it down. You'll report directly to VP, GTM and be the operational backbone turning ambitious launch calendars into flawless market entries.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. 

In this role, you will:

Project Management & Operational Planning

  • Own the full product launch lifecycle from concept through post-launch analysis, building comprehensive timelines that establish critical path milestones
  • Drive accountability across teams by maintaining stakeholder alignment to deadlines and centralized documentation for all launch plans
  • Ensure operational readiness by coordinating inventory, packaging, and fulfillment requirements while managing timelines to prevent bottlenecks

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

  • Lead strategic kickoff meetings and deliver structured updates to executive leadership, providing visibility into progress and risk
  • Serve as the essential connective tissue between departments, translating complex project details into clear, actionable information
  • Use a deep understanding of company strategy to spot roadblocks early and drive swift resolution

Process Improvement & Scalability

  • Iterate on standardized GTM playbooks and post-launch retros, continuously sharpening how we plan and execute launches
  • Design scalable processes and optimize project management tools to support a growing, multi-brand launch calendar
  • Build improved AI-powered processes and reporting for full launch program management
  • Help clarify the ROI of past launches and shape launch strategy heading into future years

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 8-10+ years in project management or GTM/strategic operations within DTC, CPG, or eCommerce, with the organizational muscle to run multiple complex projects at once
  • Excels at cross-functional leadership across product, finance, operations, and marketing, with real proficiency in project management platforms
  • Brings strong strategic thinking and business acumen — has built standardized launch templates and led thoughtful capacity planning before
  • Makes data-driven decisions using post-launch metrics while keeping sight of the bigger business picture

  • Operates as a strategic partner with intellectual curiosity — exceptional diplomacy and influence without authority, while keeping stakeholder relationships strong
  • Communicates with clarity and purpose, staying composed under pressure and knowing exactly what to share, with whom, and when
  • Sees around corners — anticipates problems before they surface, builds contingency plans, and adapts fast when priorities shift
  • Balances perfectionism with practicality, treating launch outcomes as personal responsibility

Compensation & Benefits:

At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $160,000-$180,000 plus bonus depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team.
