About You
The Inside Sales Specialist (Salon) will be dedicated to growing the Salon channel. You will be responsible for aggressively driving new business acquisition and expanding Nutrafol’s footprint within the salon and professional hair industry. This is a high-energy, high-volume "hunting" and closing role conducted entirely via phone, email, and digital outreach.
In this role, you will identify potential new salon partners, handle cold and warm outreach, articulate the value of the Nutrafol portfolio, and close the initial partnership. Your primary objective is driving new account openings. Once an account is signed and successfully onboarded, you will seamlessly transition them to our Account Management team for ongoing service and relationship growth. Your call points will include salon owners, independent stylists, and premium hair professionals.
