Solutions Delivery Analyst

Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Contract Salary Range: $30-35/hr, 40hrs/wk

Job/Role Description

As a solutions delivery analyst at Phamily, you’ll help teams turn data into decisions, without writing SQL. Leveraging spreadsheets and the Phamily platform, you’ll translate complex business questions into clear, trusted insights that drive action across client operations and patient enrollment.  This role is ideal for an analyst who enjoys transforming raw data into meaningful insights and storytelling with numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data intake, ingestion and processing from clients
  • Analyze complex patient population health datasets
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability through detail orientation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decisions
  • Manage patient enrollment outreaches based on eligibility
  • Present findings to internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to generate actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA security and privacy rules

Requirements

  • 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles 
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (vlookups, pivot tables, macros); no SQL required.
  • Strong ability to translate data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Handle PHI with care and follow HIPAA-minded best practices.
  • Bonus: healthcare sector experience.
