Job description

This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is seeking a talented and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team! In this exciting role, you'll leverage your expertise in Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSAs), and local marketing to craft and manage high-performing campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Please note that this is currently only for future opportunities, and we will reach out when a suitable role becomes available. We will share it with our 300+ clients to find a good match. If any opportunity were to arise specifically for a Google Ads Specialist, we would share your profile immediately with the client

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns tailored to local businesses.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to target the right audience.

  • Craft compelling ad copy and landing pages that resonate with local customers.

  • Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for peak performance.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and target markets. Generate insightful reports that track campaign performance, measure key metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, ROI), and communicate results effectively to clients.


Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Google Ads

  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Have knowledge with conversion rate optimization (CRO), audience targeting, and A/B testing.

  • Have managed high ad budget campaigns

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English)

  • Comfortable talking to clients on the phone

  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)

  • Strong internet connection and video conferencing tools.
