Provide world-class technical service and support for Philips Medical Imaging solutions, ensuring maximum equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across Southern Brazil.
Your role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for Philips Medical Imaging systems, ensuring customers receive reliable and high-quality service while maximizing equipment uptime.
You will partner closely with hospitals, healthcare professionals, remote support teams, technical specialists, and cross-functional teams to diagnose complex technical issues, perform repairs, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
You will leverage your technical expertise to support sophisticated imaging technologies, including X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Interventional X-ray (Hemodynamics), while ensuring compliance with Philips quality standards and regulatory requirements.
This position offers continuous professional development through exposure to advanced medical technologies, ongoing technical training, and collaboration with global teams. The role is based in Cascavel, Paraná, and requires approximately 70% travel to support customers across the assigned territory.

You're the right fit if:
Experience: You have experience as a Field Service Engineer or Field Service Technician supporting large medical imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT, MRI, or Interventional X-ray systems.
Skills: You possess strong troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, customer service, problem-solving, and technical diagnostic skills. Intermediate English is required to work with technical documentation, training materials, and global support teams.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, with an active CREA registration.
Anything else: You are customer-focused, enjoy working independently in the field, are willing to travel approximately 70% of the time, and are based in or willing to relocate to Cascavel, Paraná.
