Job description

O Analista de Suporte à Mobilidade será responsável por manter, solucionar problemas e melhorar o gerenciamento, as operações e a distribuição de aplicativos móveis necessários para usar e gerenciar aplicativos móveis no ambiente de mobilidade empresarial, além de fornecer suporte direto ao cliente.

Responsabilidades incluem, mas não estão limitadas a:

Triagem de incidentes e solicitações móveis identificados.

Assinar aplicativos iOS e Android.

Trabalhar com os sistemas de Gerenciamento de Dispositivos Móveis (MDM) para dar suporte e solucionar problemas de aplicativos móveis para resolver problemas do usuário final.

Solucionar problemas de implantação de aplicativos em MDM, Apple ou Google Play.

Publicar aplicativos em todas as lojas de aplicativos: Apple/Google Play e MDM.

Configurar aplicativos móveis em ambientes MDM.

Provisionar perfis em MDM.

Identificar falhas/problemas comuns por meio de ferramentas de monitoramento móvel.

Trabalhar diretamente com usuários finais para auxiliar em problemas de aplicativos móveis, falhas, logs e relatórios de bugs.

Pesquisar opções quando ocorrem anomalias e relatar problemas complexos à equipe de desenvolvimento.

Criar e atualizar regularmente a documentação técnica e os guias do usuário final.

Auxiliar nas inscrições e solução de problemas do MacBook.

Criar relatórios para entender melhor o portfólio de aplicativos móveis.
