Account Manager – Pro AV Production & Staging

Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Sales

We are currently working with one of the top Pro AV production and staging companies specializing in live events, corporate conferences, trade shows, large-scale conventions, and brand activations.

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships. This is a relationship-focused role responsible for client retention, renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand services within an assigned portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage renewals, re-bookings, and long-term client relationships.
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
Partner with operations and production teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Conduct client check-ins and post-event follow-ups.
Maintain accurate CRM records, account activity, and renewal timelines.
Identify at-risk accounts and support retention strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams during client transitions.

Requirements

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship-based sales.
Experience in Pro AV, live events, audiovisual production, or technical services preferred.
Proven ability to retain and grow existing client accounts.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and Teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience with corporate events, meeting planning, or AV production.
Experience managing recurring or multi-event client engagements.
Knowledge of AV production terminology, including LED walls, staging, rigging, broadcast, and lighting.
