Senior Account Executive / Account Executive – Pro AV Production & Staging

Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Sales

We are currently working with one of the top Pro AV production and staging companies specializing in live events, corporate conferences, trade shows, large-scale conventions, and brand activations.

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive / Account Executive to grow new business and manage client relationships within the events industry. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on selling technical production solutions, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing
  • .Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts
  • .Partner with production and operations teams to create effective client solutions and proposals
  • .Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM updates
  • .Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows
  • .Travel up to 50% for client meetings and events


Requirements

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably within Pro AV rental, staging, live events, or technical production services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling technical solutions and working with production teams.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.


Nice to Have:

  • Existing relationships with corporate meeting planners, event producers, associations, or large clients. 
  • Experience selling into conventions, entertainment events, or large-scale productions. Knowledge of AV production terminology, including LED walls, staging, rigging, broadcast, and lighting.
