Job Summary

Job Title: Digital Health Platform Specialist



Ready to take the next step in your career? As a Digital Health Platform Specialist, you’ll work on high impact initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and help scale one of the most exciting growth phases in our company’s history.

As a Digital Health Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and effective use of our data management platform. This platform is designed to enhance patient care and improve clinical efficiency within healthcare settings. You will work closely with healthcare providers (HCPs) and clinic staff to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support—enabling successful integration without disrupting clinical workflows. 

In this role, you will help strengthen the Omnipod ecosystem by promoting data-driven decision-making, increasing provider confidence in data usage, and supporting better collaboration between patients and their care teams.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive platform adoption 
  • Lead onboarding and training of healthcare providers and clinic staff on the data platform  
  • Tailor communication strategies to address customer needs and ensure successful adoption  
  • Identify and support Omnipod patients transitioning to the platform  
  • Assess and resolve current workflow or reporting challenges through consultation and training  
  • Educate HCPs on platform features, updates, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues, identifying root causes and delivering timely solutions  
  • Work closely with global development team, to continuously improve the solution 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with demonstrated clinical or sales experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse) preferred  
  • Experience onboarding clients to a data platform or working in medical device sales is a plus  
  • Experience in diabetes care is beneficial but not required  
  • Experience in digital health solutions

Physical Requirements 

  • Valid driver’s license required; must reside within assigned geographic region  
  • Field-based role with frequent travel across the Middle East region
