As FastJobs accelerates its growth in Singapore, we are looking for a driven Inbound Sales Executive. This is a high-ownership, remote role based in the Philippines, offering a direct line to the Director of Sales and the chance to shape the company's expansion from the ground up.
Who You Are
- You have 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and managing the full sales cycle independently.
- You ideally have experience in HR tech, job boards, recruitment services, or SaaS.
- You can pitch and present confidently to HR leads, operations heads, and business owners.
- You are proficient with CRMs (like HubSpot or Salesforce).
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives using FastJobs' suite of services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align on client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of FastJobs' offerings.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
