About the role:

We're looking for a results-oriented commercial leader with deep expertise in advanced data analytics, BI Tool and end-to-end distribution management who is adept at leveraging technology and analytics to optimize sales operations, maximize ROI, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be accountable to continuously simplify and/or enhance the systems (data, reports & technology), processes and capabilities of the field force to enable and equip teams to prioritize tasks, achieve targets and adapt to changing market landscape in line with Expert Priorities. 

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics and reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP) to provide actionable insights for the leadership team and commercial functions.
  • Track and analyze key sales and trade variables, including channel performance, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Drive the adoption of business intelligence tools and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end stewardship of HCP 1P data.
  • Utilize platforms such as FSFA/Veeva CRM, Gigya/HHP, On24, SFMC, and Azure Data Lake for enriching the Omnichannel journey of HCPs.
  • Collaborate with BU SFE, IT, and tech teams to ensure seamless activity and advancements of Field Force software and capabilities.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess Omnichannel Expert Engagement effectiveness.
  • Guide field force on Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) in line with company principles and strategic expert priorities.
  • Utilize CLM data to ensure Field Force efforts are matching the targets.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance HCP engagement and conversion.

2. Distribution Management System (DMS)

  • Serve as the DMS Lead for Haleon, responsible for the strategic direction, development, and continuous enhancement of the Distribution Management System across the Pakistan market.
  • Oversee the integration of new modules, features, and business requirements into the DMS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving market needs.
  • Lead and execute new price inductions, new product inductions, and the management of all trade and consumer promotions within the DMS, ensuring timely and accurate system updates.
  • Lead a team of regional DMS executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective system adoption and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with IT, sales, and commercial teams to drive seamless integration of DMS with other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively implement improvements to enhance user experience and data accuracy.
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales and commercial teams to maximize the impact of DMS tools and automation.
  • Champion the use of DMS analytics for real-time decision-making, KPI tracking, and performance management at all organizational levels.

3. Commercial Excellence & Sales Force Effectiveness

  • Support the development and execution of commercial plans in collaboration with Sales Channel Managers and the Commercial Excellence Lead.
  • Implement tools and processes to enhance sales force effectiveness, including KPI tracking, incentive plans, and capability development.
  • Lead training sessions and change management initiatives to drive adoption of new systems and processes within the sales and commercial teams.
  • Represent the commercial effectiveness function in cross-functional forums and contribute to strategic business planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps for the field force and take actions accordingly.
  • Equip field force with training and capabilities that help them driving Omni-CH transformation.
  • Develop a training strategy that aligns with the Haleon’s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct Haleon’s selling skills and POWER framework modules to Field force.
  • Conduct Coaching skills to FLLs.
  • Monitor and track the Coaching process, and Reps’ skills development.
  • Lead and drive mySkills performance assessment tool utilization during performance reviews.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SFE/Business Analytics role (field force experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, FSFA/Veeva CRM, Gigya, SFMC, ON24, ADL.
  • Strong knowledge on MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • Proven experience in FF optimization e.g., Segmentation, Targeting, Resizing.
  • Proven change management experience, preferably on pharma digital transformation.
  • Good team player with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Has a growth mindset and high learning agility.
