AI Automation Developer / Claude Specialist

GRÜN smiles is based in Greece and supports European companies with remote teams in customer service, back office, software development and AI-supported process automation. For one of our partner companies, we are looking for a tech-savvy person who enjoys building practical AI solutions with Claude and other modern tools.

In this role, you will turn business ideas into working digital solutions. The focus is on building small but effective tools that help process structured data, check information, improve workflows and support internal decision-making.

You will work closely with a small professional team that knows the business processes very well. Your job is to understand what they want to achieve and then build smart, reliable and easy-to-use solutions with the help of Claude and other suitable technologies.

Your tasks will include developing AI-supported tools and workflows based on real business needs, using Claude to build, improve and test practical automation solutions, working with structured data from forms, documents, tables or internal systems, creating prototypes, connecting tools, APIs or databases where useful and helping to transform manual processes into more efficient digital workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in programming, automation or building digital tools
• Good understanding of Claude, AI-assisted coding and prompt-based development
• Ability to work independently and find pragmatic solutions
• Basic knowledge of APIs, data structures and databases
• Experience with Python, JavaScript or similar technologies is a strong plus
• Interest in business processes, data quality and workflow optimization
• Careful and reliable working style, especially when dealing with sensitive information
• Good English skills are required
• German skills would be a nice plus, but they are not a must
• You do not need to be a traditional senior developer. What matters most is that you are curious, technically strong, solution-oriented and able to build useful things with modern AI tools.
