Consultor de Processos de Negócio (BPC – Business Process Consultant)

Estamos em busca de um Consultor de Processos (BPC) com visão estratégica para atuar no diagnóstico, desenho e implementação de processos organizacionais. O objetivo central é elevar a eficiência operacional, reduzir custos e garantir que os fluxos de trabalho estejam plenamente alinhados aos objetivos de negócio da companhia.

Descrição

Atuação consultiva com liderança técnica, focado em melhoria contínua e transformação de processos. O profissional será responsável por apoiar a tomada de decisão executiva através de diagnósticos precisos e propostas de otimização de alto impacto.

Responsabilidades Principais

Realizar levantamento, diagnóstico e modelagem de processos e instruções de trabalho sob a ótica de governança.
Identificar gargalos e propor soluções TO-BE focadas em produtividade e automação.
Propor métricas de desempenho e KPIs baseados em benchmarking setorial.
Elaborar modelagem de processo utilizando notação BPMN.
Definir e padronizar políticas e normas organizacionais.

Requisitos

Formação: Graduação em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Tecnologia ou áreas afins.
Experiência: Sólida trajetória (acima de 4 anos) em mapeamento e otimização de processos de negócio (multissetorial).

Certificações Necessárias:

Six Sigma Green Belt (no mínimo).
Lean ou Lean Six Sigma.

Desejável

CBPP® (Certified Business Process Professional).
Fluência na ferramenta Bizagi.
Inglês avançado.
Certificação ITIL 4 Foundation.
Conhecimento em Gestão de Projetos (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
Vivência em projetos de Transformação Digital (RPA, ERPs) e Consultorias
