Job description

Who we are:

Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, with $4 billion in digital media under management and more than 1,200 employees. Built for marketers who demand growth and accountability, Tinuiti unites media and measurement under one roof to eliminate waste—the biggest growth killer of all—and scale what works. Its proprietary technology, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, reveals the truth around growth and waste, and how to capitalize on it. With expert teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more, Tinuiti delivers measurable results with brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste.

We’d love to hear from you if:

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

(This is not a remote role and will be located in our clients New York City office)

As the Growth Intelligence Lead you will:

Own Business Immersion

  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients business model, customer behavior, product roadmap, competitive landscape, and growth objectives.

  • Participate in key cross-functional meetings to identify opportunities and risks in real time.

  • Provides advanced notice to Tinuiti about potential regulatory risks and policy changes

Identify Event-Driven Growth Opportunities

  • Monitor sports, news, politics, cultural moments, and other market-moving events to identify opportunities for our client to increase awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

  • Proactively bring forward activation ideas before opportunities become obvious to competitors.

  • Work with our client partnerships team to advise on the media components of direct integrations (CNBC, Fox News, etc.) and league partnerships. (NBA, MLB, NFL, etc.) There has been a gap here, as the client negotiates partnerships and then passes media commitments to Tinuiti to execute

Lead Innovation & Testing

  • Develop and prioritize new advertising, media, partnership, content, and audience strategies.

  • This is critical. Unless gambling becomes even more prevalent, will experience audience saturation soon, especially as Polymarket ramps up advertising. This position could own some of the strategic planning functions we have earmarked for our existing open roles.

  • Create rapid testing frameworks designed to accelerate learning and uncover new growth levers.

Drive Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day bridge between the client, Tinuiti, media partners, and key platform partners such as Google and Meta.

  • Advise on media SLAs, turnaround times, and network nuances during creative development to ensure appropriate timelines are considered.

  • Ensure opportunities move from idea to execution with speed and accountability.

Deliver Executive-Level Insights

  • Translate market trends, platform developments, and performance insights into actionable recommendations for the clients leadership.

  • Regularly present growth opportunities, emerging risks, and strategic recommendations

Professional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Partner / lead roles with a proven track record of growing relationships and executing successful campaigns.

  • Expertise in TV and OTT, with familiarity across multiple digital platforms and how all channels integrate.

  • Media Planning experience with demonstrated success analyzing data to drive marketing decisions

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Monday, and marketing research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint, and Waldo.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
