This role is accountable for building a deliberate commercial strategy that capitalizes the demand generated by the medical field force and consumer initiatives, converting physician and patient adoption into commercial business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and maintain updated FSL Commercial Policy, defining pricing strategy, volume discounts, and differentiated commercial terms by channel/ customer.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Key Accounts: pharmacy chains, health retailers, and distributors.
  • Strengthen and scale the e-commerce strategy in conjunction with the GM and Marketing team aligned to the evolution of FSL Strategy
  • Full Accountability to develop each channel, developing its strategy but having a consistent approach across the portfolio, making them growth and maintain its margin.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to continuously refine the commercial strategy as well as looking for new growth opportunities
  • Carry out the actions and make the decisions related to the role, respecting the Commercial Code of Conduct, the Company's Code of Ethics, compliance standards and local legislation
