The Role
The role is responsible for the timely and accurate administration of payroll, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and reportorial requirements. It ensures all compensation and benefits processes are executed efficiently, in compliance with government regulations, and aligned with company policies to support employee satisfaction and organizational integrity.
What You'll Be Doing
You will focus on ensuring the end-to-end accuracy and timely execution of payroll cycles, including the processing of payslips, mandatory government statutory obligations (such as SSS and PhilHealth), and 13th-month pay. Furthermore, the position entails efficiently managing employee benefits—ranging from various leaves to HMO administration—alongside the accurate handling of final pay computations, employee loans, and the timely submission of all required regulatory and reportorial documentation.
About You
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field
At least 3–5 years experience in payroll and compensation & benefits administration
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and reportorial requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
Experience handling end-to-end payroll processing and government compliance
Preferred:
Experience in payroll systems and HRIS platforms
Familiarity with HMO administration and vendor management
