Daily responsibilities involve managing the AT board, processing user-submitted changes across HTML, PDF, and JSON formats, and conducting rigorous quality assurance. The role requires strong attention to detail and disciplined execution to juggle multiple high-priority tickets and ensure all document updates are implemented flawlessly and without delay.

Finally, as a champion for the customer, you will work cross-functionally to integrate user feedback, elevate the Real Time Agent (RTA) client experience, and participate in project scoping meetings to resolve template concerns and drive high-quality, seamless service delivery.
