Tu misión será cumplir con los objetivos de venta Sell In y Sell Out, asegurando la implementación de las estrategias de venta y de PDV en el territorio asignado del canal Detal a través del personal indirecto a su cargo, en línea con las políticas y valores corporativos.
What you need to know about this position:
Manejo de cartera
Liderazgo y desarrollo equipo vendedores tercerizados
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategia de ventas para el canal tradicional en los diferentes ambientes de compra.
Supervisar y liderar los vendedores indirectos de los distribuidores, proporcionar coaching y capacitación para mejorar su desempeño.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de sell in, sell out, entre otros.
Asegurar la capacitación de los nuevos vendedores sobre la estrategia de Mondelez
Job specific requirements:
Profesionales o estudiantes en últimos semestres de carreras como Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el área comercial consumo masivo canal tradicional distribuidores, tiendas, preferiblemente liderando equipos de venta.
Microsoft Office intermedio, y manejo de Power BI.
Habilidad y análisis numérico.
Inglés intermedio es un plus.
Excelentes habilidades de agresividad comercial, comunicación, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, y negociación.
Contar con vehículo propio y licencia de conducción vigente.
