Job description

This is a remote position.

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 10,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about the social sector and are interested in building a career in business development. This internship offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate partnerships, CSR, sustainability, and social impact consulting while gaining hands-on exposure to client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients, CSR teams, foundations, and development organizations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct market research on CSR trends, ESG initiatives, sustainability, and social impact investments.
  • Support outreach activities through email, LinkedIn, networking, and follow-up communication.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, capability decks, presentations, and business development documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings and align them with client requirements.
  • Track leads, maintain CRM records, and prepare business development reports.
  • Support partnership meetings, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up activities.
  • Stay updated on government policies, CSR regulations, and developments in the social impact ecosystem.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
