JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a dynamic, suitably qualified, and experienced individual to join our Data & Analytics Department as a Revenue Assurance Analyst. The successful candidate will play a critical role in protecting and strengthening the Bank’s revenue performance by monitoring income streams, identifying revenue leakage, and ensuring fees and pricing structures are accurately applied across all systems and channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Assurance & Audits
• Conduct ongoing reviews and audits of all revenue streams to identify leakage and missed income opportunities.
• Assess whether products and services are generating expected revenue based on approved pricing structures.
• Investigate anomalies, under-collections, and operational issues affecting revenue realization.
• Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation.
Fee Governance
• Maintain and review a centralized inventory of all fees, charges, commissions, and service pricing.
• Ensure fees are accurately configured and consistently applied across all systems and channels.
• Analyze fee waivers and exceptions, identifying trends and escalating unusual patterns.
• Ensure adherence to approved fee policies across business units.
Revenue Optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve or expand non-interest income.
• Develop business cases and analytical support for new fees and pricing strategies.
• Benchmark performance and recommend enhancements aligned with business objectives.
Reporting & Analytics
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor revenue performance and key metrics.
• Prepare reports for Executive Management, Finance, and relevant committees.
• Provide insights into revenue trends, product profitability, and operational performance.
• Establish KPIs and early warning indicators for revenue leakage.
Collaboration & Governance
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, and Compliance.
• Support internal and external audits related to revenue processes.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen revenue capture and controls.
• Document fee rules and promote best practices in revenue governance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in banking, finance, analytics, revenue management, audit, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience working with financial data, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an asset.
• Familiarity with banking products, fee structures, and operational processes is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an asset
