  • Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical and care delivery roles, including Care Managers and Nurses
  • Support hiring across additional business functions as needed
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and drive efficient hiring decisions
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
