Your mission

We are the heartbeat of electric mobility - At IONITY, we are always improving how we work, collaborate, and scale our business. We are looking for a Process & Project Manager who combines passion for process improvement with strong project management capabilities, digitalization, and AI-driven innovation.
 
If you join us, you will drive transformation initiatives in close exchange with business stakeholders. With the goal to find improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and implement practical digital solutions. 
 
You will be the bridge between business needs and the real implementation. Ensuring that ideas are translated into measurable results. Over time, you will take ownership of your own digitalization and AI initiatives to power every journey - fast, joyful and without limits across Europe.
 
Drive Transformation Projects
- Support and manage cross-functional transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Structure project activities, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across business functions.
- Lead smaller projects independently and gradually take ownership of larger strategic initiatives.
 
Enable Digitalization & AI
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and AI-supported ways of working.
- Translate business requirements into solutions together with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new digital tools and technologies.
- Help build and scale AI and automation use cases that create real business value.
 
Drive Adoption and Change
- Support business teams throughout the implementation of new processes and solutions.
- Coordinate communication, training, and adoption activities.
- Ensure that improvements are embedded sustainably into daily operations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
 
Improve and Optimize Business Processes
- Analyze, document, and improve business processes across different functions.
- Facilitate workshops to understand current ways of working and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain process documentation using BPMN standards.
- Develop practical and scalable solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.

Your profile

- 3–7 years of professional experience in Process Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Operations Excellence, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience in driving process improvements, digitalization initiatives, or transformation projects.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver tangible results.
- Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Solid understanding of business process management and process optimization.
- Knowledge of workflow automation or process automation initiatives.
- Structured and analytical problem-solving approach.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and implementation activities.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
