  • Cross-functional stakeholder management across Marketing, Legal, Controlling, and others; coordinate feature launches and lifecycle with transparent priorities and timelines
  • External partner interface management: primary liaison with roaming hubs and MSP partners; align strategy, negotiate partnerships, and define interface specifications
  • POI data management: manage POI data connections, ensure data quality, and define processes/metrics with internal/external data providers

Job description

Your mission

The Digital Interface Manager is a key role within the P&G – Digital Platform Department, responsible for the end-to-end business management of digital interfaces and connected services. Acting as the bridge between technology, business strategy, and external partners, this role ensures that digital touchpoints deliver measurable value to customers and the organization alike. 
The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach, thriving in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and a fast-paced digital landscape. 

1.  Business Ownership of Digital Interfaces 
  • Manage digital interfaces from a business perspective, serving as the primary Business Owner towards IT.
  • Define and document business requirements, including data streams for tracking, reporting, and analytics.
  • Drive the delivery of new features and services through structured requirements management and close collaboration with development teams. 
2.  Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management 
  • Serve as the central contact person across teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders including Marketing, Legal, Controlling, and others.
  • Coordinate the successful launch of new features and services while managing ongoing lifecycle activities.
  • Facilitate transparent communication between internal teams tomaintainsharedunderstanding of priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.
3.  External Partner & Interface Management 
  • Act as the primary contact for external digital interfaces, including roaming hubs and Mobility Service Provider (MSP) partners.
  • Align onjoint strategy, business roadmaps, and the baseline for collaboration with external partners.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements andinterfacespecifications in a business context.
4.  POI Data Management 
  • Manage Point-of-Interest (POI) data connections, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and high data quality standards.
  • Define processes and quality metrics for POI data, working with relevant internal and external data providers.
5.  App Strategy & Business Roadmap 
  • Define and continuously evolve the app strategy, roadmap, and business requirements.
  • Evaluate the business and customer potential of future digital business models and features.
  • Translate strategicobjectivesinto concrete product initiatives and prioritized backlogs.
  • Align with other stakeholders on feature-fit with app strategy. 
6.  KPI Management & Performance Tracking 
  • Define, track, and manage KPIs to ensure that business targets are met.
  • Proactivelyidentifydeviations from targets and make necessary adjustments transparent to relevant stakeholdersin a timely manner.
  • Establish regular reporting cadences and dashboards in collaboration with Controlling and Data teams.
7.  Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis 
  • Continuouslymonitorthe market fornew trends, emerging technologies, and competitor developments in the digital interface space.
  • Synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
8.  User Testing Support 
  • Actively support user testing activities for app features and digital interfaces.
  • Collaborate with UX/CX teams to interpret test results and translate findings into product improvements.

Your profile

Education & Background 
  • Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business Administration, Digital Management, Information Systems, ora relatedfield.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in product management, digital business development, or a comparable role.
  • Experience from EV charging,automotiveor energy sector is a plus. 
 
Technical & Domain Skills 
  • Solid understanding of digital product management principles and agile methodologies (e.g.,SAFe).
  • Experience working with data tracking concepts, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations, digital platform ecosystems, or mobility/EV industry is a plus.
  • Proficiencywith common product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence,roadmappingtools).
 
Soft Skills & Competencies 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-team environments.
  • Analytical and structured thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive attitude and the ability to drive topics independently.
  • Customer-centric mindset and genuine interest in digital innovation and user experience.
