This position offers a unique blend of finance and customer engagement, allowing you to take real ownership of global accounts while collaborating directly with accounting and customer care teams. You will have the opportunity to develop a professional voice in an international business setting and gain deep-dive insights into accounting principles from industry experts.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries via our ticketing system and ensure smooth customer communication and documentation.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Support the collection department in daily tasks, such as sending reminders to customers, generating collection related reports, handling customer requests.
• Manage business correspondence, ensuring professional and polite communication.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Current enrollment as a student with the ability to work 20 hours per week.
• Good communication skills with the confidence to speak directly with customers over the phone.
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solving daily operational problems.
• Professional proficiency in English and German.
• A foundational interest in economics and a grounded understanding of business payment cycles.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in Microsoft Excel.
• A strong desire to learn and specialize in corporate accounting processes.
