Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team in Spain. The selected professional will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized IT and Digital Transformation positions across Spain and Europe.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting technology professionals, understands the Spanish IT labor market, and is capable of sourcing difficult-to-find profiles while maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Source, identify and engage qualified IT professionals using multiple recruitment channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, motivation and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical and client interviews.
  • Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers and Hiring Managers to understand business needs.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment reports.
  • Negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay updated on technology trends and the Spanish IT employment market.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience recruiting IT professionals in Spain.
  • Proven experience recruiting for SAP, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud and Digital Transformation roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish IT labor market.
  • Experience working in consulting, staffing or recruitment agencies.
  • Experience recruiting both permanent employees and freelance consultants.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networking.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting across Spain and other European countries.
  • Experience recruiting multilingual candidates.
  • Previous experience supporting international clients.
  • Experience working with remote teams.

Languages
  • Spanish: Native or bilingual.
