Appointment Setter (Outbound Sales)

We're looking for experienced outbound sales professionals who know how to build rapport, uncover business needs, overcome objections, and confidently book qualified appointments.

You'll work with warm and AI-assisted outbound leads while using modern sales technology, power dialers, and CRM systems to help business owners connect with our Sales Account Managers.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls using our power dialer
  • Qualify prospects using proven sales frameworks
  • Handle objections confidently
  • Book qualified consultations into Sales Account Manager calendars
  • Keep CRM records accurate and updated
  • Follow up warm opportunities generated by AI and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to continuously improve your performance

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has at least 2 years of outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience
  • Has booked meetings for B2B sales teams
  • Speaks excellent English
  • Can comfortably talk with business owners and decision-makers
  • Has experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Apollo, Pipedrive or similar
  • Enjoys working in a KPI-driven sales environment
  • Thrives on hitting targets and earning incentives

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience booking appointments for US, Australian or UK clients
  • Experience using power dialers
  • Experience in SaaS, Digital Marketing, Agencies or Technology
