Senior Appointment Setter / Team Supervisor

Permanent Work From Home | Philippines | Full-Time

Doneverse is looking for a high-performing Senior Appointment Setter who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

This isn't a people manager who sits in meetings all day.

You'll spend most of your time doing what great sales professionals do best—booking qualified appointments—while coaching a small team of Appointment Setters to perform at their highest level.

You'll help shape outbound strategy, review AI-generated conversations, improve sales processes, and directly influence team performance.

What You'll Do

Sales Performance (70%)

  • Book qualified consultations through outbound prospecting
  • Handle more complex and higher-value conversations
  • Lead by example through consistent sales performance
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline

Team Leadership (30%)

  • Coach two Appointment Setters
  • Conduct call reviews and feedback sessions
  • Monitor KPIs and performance
  • Review AI-generated call transcripts
  • Improve outbound messaging and qualification quality
  • Prepare performance reports for leadership

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 3+ years of B2B outbound appointment setting or SDR experience
  • Has at least 1 year of leading or coaching a sales team
  • Has consistently exceeded appointment booking targets
  • Can confidently coach objection handling and qualification techniques
  • Has experience using CRM systems like HubSpot, Apollo, Close or Salesforce
  • Loves mentoring while still remaining an individual contributor
