Overview:

Summary

The Revenue Operations Business Partner is a key operational partner to the C1 Sales organization and a core member of the Revenue Operations function. This role is responsible for driving disciplined execution across the revenue lifecycle, including sales process adherence, forecasting rigor, pipeline health, CRM data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational insights within the assigned segment or region.

The Revenue Operations Business Partner operates as an embedded individual contributor, partnering closely with Sales leadership to improve predictability, productivity, and decision‑making while ensuring segment or regional execution aligns with enterprise Revenue Operations standards. The role focuses on inspection, enablement, and optimization rather than people management.

This position delivers actionable insights, operational structure, and analytical support to Sales leaders, enabling consistent execution against the operating model defined by Revenue Operations. All responsibilities are executed in collaboration with the broader Revenue Operations team to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across the company.
